My Smoothie Recipe

Protein smoothies do help with weight loss; but exercising will help even more.
I recently lost 20lbs! I hope this helps someone.

.Whey Protein (1 scoop)
.spinach (optional)
.banana (any fruit is ok)
.1 cup of almond milk (skim; coconut milk; or even juice if you don't like milk)
.1 cup of ice

-Mix it all in the blender and enjoy! My recipe makes one cup. I do recommend drinking protein smoothies once or twice a day along with a lot of water and exercing.
